CONTROL CENTER SHUT DOWN PUMP UNIT #2. INCIDENT NOTIFICATIONS WERE MADE. RESPONDERS RECOVERED ULTRA LOW SULPHUR DIESEL (ULSD) FROM PUMP UNIT #2 CONTAINMENT PAN. THE LEAK POINT WAS IDENTIFIED AT A THERMAL RELIEF VALVE THREADED 1/4\" NPT CONNECTION (INLET SIDE).
