ETNG PERSONNEL ARRIVED AT M&R 59021 AT APPROXIMATELY 9:58 PM EST AND DISCOVERED NATURAL GAS RELEASE FROM A RELIEF VALVE. ETNG PERSONNEL SUBSEQUENTLY ISOLATED THE RELIEF VALVE.
