APPROXIMATELY 3 BARRELS OF CRUDE OIL WERE RELEASED. THE RELEASE ORIGINATED FROM THREADS SPLITTING ON A 1/4-INCH NIPPLE THAT WAS ATTACHED TO THE SAMPLER MANIFOLD DUE TO VIBRATION. THERE WERE NO INJURIES, AND THE SITE WAS CLEANED UP AND REPAIRED PROMPTLY.","truncated":false,"body_characters":981}
