You state that your product was tested in accordance\nwith the test method described in Appendix E to Part 173, and\nfound it does not meet the definition of a Division 4.3\n(Dangerous When Wet) material.\nAs provided in § 173.22 it is the shipper's responsibility to\nproperly classify a hazardous materials. However, if the\nferrosilicon sold by your company is the same material that\nwas tested in accordance with the U.N.
