No. 00-0063\nUS Airways\nDear Ms. Abdul:\nThis is in response to your letter dated February 22, 2000\nregarding the transportation of compressed oxygen cylinders\naboard aircraft.\noxygen cylinders may be transported aboard an aircraft in an\nSpecifically, you ask if partially filled\nATA Specification 300 outer packaging.\nThe Hazardous Materials Regulations (49 CFR Parts 171-180) do\nnot specify a minimal fill limit when transporting cylinders\nof compressed gas, including compressed oxygen.
