The appropriate RQ for a hazardous waste\n(e.g., D001) made up entirely of a material not specifically\nlisted under Appendix A to S 172.101 is that which is assigned.\nto the waste (e.g., D001) •\nTherefore, waste ethanol is\nsubject to the RQ for a D001 waste (100 pounds (454 kg)).\nI hope this satisfies your request.\nSincerely,\nJohn A.
