Your questions are paraphrased and answered\n01. The Federal Aviation Administration published Dangerous\nGoods Advisory Bulletin (DGAB) 98-02 in 1998.\naddressed concerns over fuel control units being improperly\nThis document\npackaged and leaking while in transportation. In § 173.24, paragraphs (e) (1) and (2) state that\npackaging material must be compatible with the lading.\nSection 173.27 (e) states that the absorbent material must be\ncapable of absorbing without reacting dangerously with the\nbe of further assistance.\nI trust this satisfies your request.
