She went to the Code of Federal Regulations 49.177.848 and told me that\nsince the segregation table in this section did not include 6.2 (regulated medical waste)\nthere were no segregation restrictions on the transport of medical waste properly\npackaged in DOT tested and accepted containers.\nSince our hospitals like to have a letter from your agency stating that what Jessica Parson\ntold me is true, which I am sure is right, I would greatly appreciate this opinion writing\nfor my records so when the question comes up again I have strong documentation.\nRespectfully Requested\nt are\nChicott\nGary Chilcott Pres/CEO\nSure-Way Systems, Inc\n800-822-3929, P.O.
