For purposes of this paragraph, an aircraft operator that is not a\nconformance with or |35.91 in the same manner as roquired for a certificate\ncertificate holder under 14 CFR pan: or part 135, may apply this exception in\nholder.\nThe Clarification I am seeking deals with using Oxygen that is mixed with Heliom.\nHeliox, as it is commonly called, is conposed of Helium and Oxygen mixed in ratios\na manner similar to Oxygen. Heliox is available in compressed gas cylinders. Due to\nranging from 80:20 to 60:40. Heliox is coumonly used to treat respiratory conditions in\nsize limitations and need for portability, an 'E\" cylinder sould most likely be used.\nDoes 49CFR 175.10(a)7) apply to a Helium-Oxygen mixture for medical use by a\npassenger in an aircraft?\nThank you for your help in this matter. If may be of further assistance please contact\nme\nSincerely,\nWhe\n8PM\nLittle Rock, AR 72202\n2004\n501-766-0643\nWaretve@ARcbildrens.org\n..\njun.\n\n<<<PAGE 3>>>\n\na Chaner's hospital\n600 Marstrall Street, Slot 604\nANGEL ONE TRANSPORT\nLitte Rock Arkansas 72202\n501-3641459 Office\n501-3646429 24 Hour Communication Center\nNo. 6577\n501-3646431 Fax-\nFax Transmittal Form\nTo:\nEdward Mazzullo, office of Hazandous Materials Standands\nOrganization Name/Dept US DO T\nCC\nPhonenumber 202-366-4482\nFaxnumber 202-366 - 3012\nFrom:\nWes Ware\nPhone Number: 501-364-6429\nDate sent G/ 1/04\nUrgent.\nTime sent * 1200 CT\nFor Review\nNumber of pages induding cover page:\n2\nPlease Comment\nMESSAGE\nI faxed this earlier and realized mn address coote\nto information was in completer please use this new.!\nletter.\n4:37PM.\n.
