Section 172.312 (b) prohibits the use of\narrows for purposes other than indicating proper package\nrientation on packages containing liquid hazardous materials\nt is our opinion that the \"Transit Tested\" logo depicted i\nsufficiently distinct from any orientation marking referenced by\nthe HMR.\nI hope tinis information is helpful.
