For the\ndomestic entry \"Sulfur, 9, NA1350, III\", an inadvertent error indicated Special Provision\n\"10\" instead of \"30\" in Column 7 of the §172.101 HMT. A correction document under\nDocket HM-215G will be issued to correct this inadvertent error. Compliance with the\namendments adopted in this final rule is not required until January 1, 2006.\nI hope this satisfies your inquiry. I have called your assistance line and received the information that the 10 is a\nmisprint, it should be 30, IB8, IP2 and that we can use the Sept 2003 pages until Jan 1,\n2006. Internally, this is satisfactory however, we need a short note from your office to\nprove our packaging is correct to our transportation companies and to our customers.\nFurther, if the intent is to eliminate the paragraph 30 special provision for domestic\nshipments of solid sulfur on Jan 1, 2006, we would like to know as soon as possible so\nthat we can use up our old stocks of packaging materials and purchase the correct\npackages.\nPlease give me a call if you have any questions.
