Specifically, you ask if your volumetric provers are excepted from any packaging\nrequirements under the HMR.\nAccording to your letter, your company manufactures volumetric provers used to\ncalibrate meter deliveries of gasoline, diesel, or propane. When calibrations are\nstorage tank. The provers are transported with residual vapors (no liquid) from the\ncompleted, all the liquid from the volumetric provers is transferred back to the customer\nproduct previously transferred during the calibration.
