My question\nrelates to pilot notification.\nAre lithium batteries shipments that meet the requirements of 137.185 and therefore do not have associated shipping\npapers, also excepted from pilot notification requirements found in 175.33?\nI was advised by the D.O.T. Hazardous Materials Hotline that lithium batteries meeting the requirements of 137.185 were\nalso excepted from pilot notification requirements.
