Further, the proposed test pressure exceeds that required by §195.302(b)(2). The letter should read as follows:\nPetroleum Company plans to initiate crude oil\ntransportation from\nMississippi Canyon Block 20-A platform to a subsea tie-in in South Pass Block\n50 in December 1984.\n(Proposed Pipeline Route - Attachment 1).\nThe pipeline\na 6\" line approximately\n54,900 ft. long consisting\nPag-O-Flex\nseamless pipe sections.
