Specifically, you ask if\nparentheses are required around the EPA waste code for the\nproper shipping description \"RQ, Hazardous Waste, Solid,\nn.o.s., 9, NA3077, III, DO09.\"\nParentheses are required to surround the name of the hazardous\nsubstance as required by § 172.203(c).
