Under § 177.841, a package bearing or\nrequired to bear a POISON or POISON INHALATION HAZARD label\nmay not. be transported in the same motor vehicle with material\nknown to be foodstuffs.\nrestrictions on\ni the transportation of materials bearing a\nHowever, the HMR does not impose\nCORROSIVE label with material known to be foodstuffs.\nI hope this satisfies your request.\nSincerely,\n•\n1.
