Re: Withdrawal of Interpretation Letter PI-18-0010
Dear Mr. Chislea:
On October 4, 2018, PHMSA responded to your request for an interpretation of the federal
pipeline safety regulations in 49 CFR Part 192 regarding the inspection and testing of
compressor station relief valves under section 192.73l(a). This letter is to inform you that
PHMSA has withdrawn that response to further consider the matter.
