requirements for filing operating and maintenance manuals with this
Department.
You are required by 49 CFR, Section 195.402(a)(1) to established
and maintain such documents. You are not required to file them
with the Federal Government.
We have, as requested, added your company to our mailing list for
information on liquid pipelines.
