We are\nenclosing a copy of Part 195 which should provide the basic information you seek. You might note\nthat these regulations apply to transportation by pipeline in interstate and foreign commerce. The\nrequirements for depth of cover over buried pipelines, which you specifically mentioned, are contained\nin sections 195.248 and 195.210.
