Richards, about Federal gas pipeline safety regulations, particularly as they apply to\nmobile home systems.\nAll operators subject to the Natural Gas Pipeline Safety Act of 1968 should comply as soon as\npracticable with the requirements for the submission of an annual report and other appropriate\nleak reporting requirements under the Federal gas pipeline safety regulations (49 CFR Part 191).\nWhere complete data are not available at present, an amended report might be filed or the data\nwould be included in the annual report for calendar year 1976.\nWith regard to the corrosion control requirements in the Federal gas pipeline safety standards\ncontained in 49 CFR Part 192, we are enclosing a copy of a notice published in the Federal\nRegister (41 FR 29128, July 15, 1976) and a copy of a July 19, 1975, letter to the Assistant\nSecretary for Housing, Department of Housing and Urban Development.
