The regulations which are set forth in 49 CFR Part 192 (copy\nenclosed) apply to petroleum gas systems. Section 192.11(a) states:\n\"No operator may transport petroleum gas in a system that serves 10 or more customers,\nor in a system, any portion of which is located in a public place (such as a highway), unless\nthat system meets the requirements of this part and of NFPA Standards No. 58 and No.\n59. In the event of a conflict, the requirements of this part prevail.\"\nYou also refer to the form DOT F7100.1-1.
