Under these regulations, the vent outlet of a regulator installed inside a building must be located outside to assure that any gas escaping through the vent is released in the outside atmosphere. For the installation of a customer's meter set assembly in an alcove with a louvered door facing the outside of building, would this satisfy the customer regulator requirements, as required by this section?
