The purpose of the waiver is to authorize Southwest to\nuse plastic mechanical fittings that are not covered by specifications listed in 49 CFR Part 192.\nPlastic mechanical fittings must meet all applicable Part 192 material and design requirements,\nincluding §§192.53, 192.273(a), and 192.281(e).
