Reason for exceedance:Location has significant challenges associated with permitting and accessing the anomaly under a busy four lane Road within the Army Corps of Engineers Little Calumet River levee system. Planning is actively underway but additional time is needed to ensure that a safe plan is developed to perform the work and that all required permits (USACE, IDEM, IDNR, IDOT) are obtained.
