On January 18, 2019, NuStar Pipeline Operating Partnership L.P. implemented a pressure reduction of 920 psi on the Council Bluffs to Whiskey Creek 6” pipeline segment in response to an overdue 60-day feature (as defined in 49 CFR § 195.452 (h)(4)(ii)(B)). Flooding in the area has prevented safe access to the 60-Day condition.&nbsp; To address the condition and prevent future accessibility issues, NuStar is determining the feasibility of performing a pipeline reroute.
