: Pursuant to §195.452, Cox Operating, LLC (Cox) is making this notification to inform PHMSA of a delay in addressing a 180-Day condition following a geometry tool run on line MMS4840 that took place January 8th, 2020 (discovered April 13th, 2020).&nbsp; The line is approximately 10.7 miles long and located off-shore and into the coastal region of Louisiana.&nbsp; The features in question was called an area of general corrosion with a predicted metal loss greater than 50% of nominal wall on the departing riser.&nbsp; Due to current operational constraints resulting from tropical storm weather conditions causing evacuations, shut-in facilities and the transition of ownership of this line section the feature will not be repaired prior to the 180 day deadline.
