(FlexSteel) pipe and fittings in a Type C onshore gas gathering application as defined in§ 192.8(b)(2). EQT proposes to install FlexSteel's 8-inch #1500 pounds per square inch (psig) rated pipe for an approximately 2 mile long pipeline project. It is in Cascade and Plunketts Creek Townships, Lycoming County and will be subject to state oversight by the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission.
