This letter provides a Hazardous Liquid Integrity Assurance Notification pursuant to 49 C.F.R. § 195.452(h)(l)(i) by Crimson Pipeline, LLC (Crimson) for pipelines regulated by the California Office of the State Fire Marshall (OSFM).
