Section 192.909(b) mandates that Duke Energy provide notification within 30 days after adopting this type of change into its program. Notification of these changes has also been provided to the State Pipeline Safety Representative (NAPSR Representative) in each of the seven states that are covered by the revised Duke Energy TIMP Plan.","truncated":false,"body_characters":756}
