The compliance date is 12/31/2024, and EPNG is requesting an extension to 5/1/2025. The assessment methodology for this pipeline segment is a pressure test, and there have been three hydrostatic pressure test failures on this segment in 2024. The first occurred on 10/12/2024, the second on 11/14/2024, and the third on 12/23/2024. Causes of the failures are being investigated and the pipeline segment will remain out of service until successfully hydrotested by the requested extended deadline of 5/1/2025.","truncated":false,"body_characters":707}
