On July 11, 2024, NuStar Logistics, L.P. implemented a pressure reduction on its 50P Laredo Pipeline System. The reduction was taken at the system’s Freer Pump Station located in Webb County, Texas. Reasons for Delay: The remediation efforts have been delayed primarily due to extensive permitting times to allow for remediation of the anomalies. Further Remedial Actions: On July 10, 2025, NuStar Logistics, L.P. took further remedial action by implementing an additional 20% pressure reduction at the location of the anomalies. In addition, NuStar Logistics, L.P. is diligently progressing the remediation efforts which will require a new HDD under the Rio Grande River and is expected to be completed on or before September 30, 2026.","truncated":false,"body_characters":828}
