As part of a multiyear effort, Sunoco LP is working on a pipe replacement project on the SAL-CUB-10 pipeline segment, located in Phelps County, Missouri, and operated by Sunoco LP (NuStar Pipeline Operating Partnership, L.P. OPID #10012). Per 49CRF §195.258 for work being performed after April 10, 2023, this project triggers RMV spacing requirements as outlined in 49CRF §195.260.
