Operators have previously submitted notifications under § 192.9(h) to use FlexSteel pipe in at least five (5) other Type C onshore gas gathering lines. As recently as 2025, the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) issued letters informing these operators that it had no objection to those notifications, provided they implemented supplemental procedures for the use of composite pipe.","truncated":false,"body_characters":671}
