The extension is requested because of a failed inline inspection (“ILI”). This inspection range was previously assessed via Ultrasonic In-Line Inspection (UT-ILI) in 2018, with reassessment due by December 31, 2025. NFG discussed this request with PHMSA and NYS Department of Public Service (“DPS”) staff on October 29, 2025.","truncated":false,"body_characters":739}
