The purpose of this letter is to provide notification of DTE’s intent to operate the Austin-Detroit ‘C’ pipeline at a reduced pressure (735 psig) exceeding 365 days until In-Line Inspection (ILI) anomalies are remediated, per 192.714(e)(3) and 192.933(a)(2). ILI was performed on this pipeline in 2025. The report was received with enough information for DTE to discover anomalies beginning on August 1, 2025, and identified 131 total actionable conditions.
