Enbridge had a leak from a flange gasket. An email response from the operator was adequate for region. This investigation was done virtually. Enbridge also had a corrosion leak which was investigated remotely. Typically MNOPS (Minnesota Office of Pipeline Safety) gets permission from AID to go out for interstate incidents. a. Inspectors are on call on a weekly basis. They receive notification from the state duty officer. The on call person is required to go out when there is a federally reportable incident. b.
