(Company). This waiver will\nallow the Company to include their farm tap inspection program into the Company Distribution\nIntegrity Management Program (DIMP).\nThe Commission issued the waiver to the Company to continuously monitor farm taps for\nheightened levels of risk under DIMP, to implement applicable pipeline regulations regarding\nfarm taps, and to provide quarterly and annual reports on leaks and other pressure regulating or\npressure limiting device failures of farm tap facilities to the Commission Staff. The waiver\napplies to the Company’s Spire Missouri East and Spire Missouri West pipeline operating units.\nPursuant to 49 USC § 60118(d), PHMSA does not object to issuance of this waiver by the\nCommission for the Spire Missouri East and Spire Missouri West pipeline facilities provided\nthe Company complies with the conditions set forth in the waiver.
