Every utility which operates its system at a single pressure shall have and operate a recording pressure gauge at all times.\n\n(2) All pressure records obtained under Rule 1220-04-05-.33 shall be retained by the utility for at least two (2) years and shall be available for inspection by the Commission’s representatives. Notations on each record shall indicate the following:\n\n(a) The location where the pressure check was made.\n\n(b) The time and date of the check.","truncated":false,"body_characters":757}
