A soft-close program may be applied to\naccounts serving single family residential or individually\nmetered apartment buildings.\n(2) Accounts that are in a soft-close status shall have an\nautomatic gas turn-off order executed if:\n(A) the meter registers 50 CCF (5 MCF) or more from\nthe documented soft-close reading; or\n(B) after 90 days from the customer's notification to\ndiscontinue gas service.\n(b) Each operator shall have a written procedure in its\noperations and maintenance manual for service\ndiscontinuance that includes the requirements of this rule.","truncated":false,"body_characters":1221}
