Pressure testing reporting requirements.

View source If a pipeline company uses pressure testing as part of an effort to increase the maximum operating pressure of the pipeline, the pipeline company must file a report with the commission at least forty-five days prior to pressure testing. The report must include the change in the maximum operating pressure and information justifying a higher operating pressure.
