Regulus is a research and information service operated by Evalyn. It organizes regulations, agency materials, enforcement records, incidents, and related public sources for discovery and analysis.

Regulus is not an official legal publication and does not provide legal advice. Search results, summaries, links, generated answers, and document relationships may be incomplete or incorrect. Verify controlling requirements, dates, applicability, and source text with the responsible agency or qualified counsel.
Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. Do not upload confidential, privileged, export-controlled, or personal information unless you are authorized to process it through the service.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the service, evade rate limits, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, or use Regulus to violate law or third-party rights. Use the documented read-only API and MCP interfaces for automated access and respect their limits.
Sources and intellectual property
Source documents may remain subject to agency terms, third-party rights, or restrictions on incorporated standards and attachments. Links and citations do not transfer rights in source material. Regulus software, presentation, and original annotations remain the property of Evalyn and its licensors.
Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue features and may restrict accounts that violate these terms. The service is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or a particular regulatory outcome.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Evalyn is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for decisions made in reliance on the service. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
