OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE PLANS

2707.1 Each gas corporation or small gas operator subject to the Commission’s jurisdiction shall have on file with the Commission the following information: (a) Plans covering operation and maintenance procedures in accordance with federal regulations; and (b) Modifications of such plans when issued by the gas corporation or small gas operator. Modifications of such plans shall be filed with the Commission within ten (10) business days of the modification date on the plan.
