In the document heading on page 41821, the amendment number ``Amdt. 192-3'' is changed to read ``Amdt. 192-74.'' The final rule requires operators of gas service lines who do not maintain buried customer piping up to building walls or certain other locations to notify their customers of the need to maintain that piping.
