K.A.R. 82-11-2: Enforcement procedures

Regulations adopted by the commission pursuant to the gas pipeline safety act, and amendments thereto, shall be investigated by the gas pipeline safety section of the commission. As necessary to ensure compliance with this article of the commission's regulations, commission staff may bring before the commission a show cause proceeding or any other proceeding or action for consideration by the commission.#
