Transmission lines; permanent field repair of leaks

(1)Rule 326. (1) The requirements contained in 49 C.F.R. §192.717(b)(3), which is adopted by reference in R 460.20606, are superseded by the requirement that an operator shall not repair a transmission pipeline through the use of a welded patch.#

(2)The requirements of 49 C.F.R. § 192.711(c) are superseded by the requirement that an operator shall not repair a leak through the use of a welded patch.#
