The following American Petroleum Institute standard is adopted by reference in these rules and is available at the price listed: API standard 1104 titled <Welding of Pipelines and Related Facilities,= (20th edition, October 2005, including errata 1 (2007) and errata 2 (2008)), at a cost as of the time of adoption of these rules of $304.00. Registered and authorized representatives of regulated pipeline operators may also view this edition of API standard 1104 without charge on the API website at www.api.org.#
