38.5.2207 RESPONSE TO ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

(1)Within 30 days of the date of service of the order to show cause, or within such other reasonable period as may be set by the commission in the order to show cause, the pipeline owner or operator shall file a written response with the commission. The response shall be filed in accordance with the commission's procedural rules relating to the filing of answers, found generally at ARM 38.2.2107.#
