AMEND 49 CFR 192.741 TO REQUIRE THAT PIPELINE MONITORING EQUIPMENT BE INSTALLED ON SINGLE-GATE PRESSURE REGULATING DISTRIBUTION SYSTEMS AND THE INFORMATION BE TRANSMITTED TO A CONTINUOUSLY MANNED LOCATION.
