THE NTSB RECOMMENDS THAT THE AMERICAN GAS ASSOCIATION AND THE AMERICAN PUBLIC GAS ASSOCIATION: ADVISE ITS MEMBER SYSTEMS TO REVIEW AND MODIFY AS NECESSARY THEIR PROCEDURES FOR MAINTAINING NECESSARY MAPS AND RECORDS TO INCLUDE ALL DISTRIBUTION SERVICES AND RECORD ACCURATE MEASUREMENTS TO IMPLEMENT THE GAS SYSTEMS OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE PLAN.
