As a result of the inspection, DTI was issued a Notice of Amendment on May 8, 2009, which proposed amendment of your procedures. DTI completed its submittal of the amended procedures on August 27, 2010. My staff reviewed the amended procedures, and it appears that the inadequacies outlined in this Notice of Amendment have been corrected for your cooperation.
